	Customized packing of blends to customer's specifications is the specialty of Express Food Pac. Current customers include national companies that market stir-fry HMR products, blended vegetables, and prepackaged poly and tray-pack shrimp using our services to package their products in attractive, consumer friendly packaging. We process and package a wide variety of food products in any size package from four ounce to six-pound poly bags, and in bulk packs up to fifty pounds.

	Advanced packing technology provides computer-controlled ingredient blending, on-line metal detectors and hazard analysis for maximum food safety. A complete quality assurance laboratory monitors yields and percentage blends and performs organic leptic analysis to ensure continuous, precise, quality control from the moment the product is received through completion of blending, packaging and master casing. Express Food Pac's complete service includes box printing and labeling, raw material storage prior to repackaging, and shipping products to end-users.
