Mr. Gorges is the founder and majority stockholder of Express Food Pac and Valley International Cold Storage (VICS). Mr. Gorges has 44 years of experience in the food industry, including 37 years with Gorges Foodservice, Inc., a Harlingen based food processing company. He has served on numerous boards and committees in the industry and has authored the quality assurance manual for the meat processing industry. Mr. Tresnicky manages storage and handling operations and is the final authority on all day-to-day decisions regarding VICS. He supervises all aspects of production, warehousing, shipping and inventory management. Mr. Tresnicky has 15 years experience in the food industry, including 9 years with McManus Produce of Weslaco, Texas. Prior to his involvement in the food industry, he was employed by several accounting firms including Hurdman & Cranstoun and Ernst & Ernst. He is also an accounting graduate of the University of Texas in Austin. | ||

Mr. Hutchens oversees plant operations and is the final authority for all day-to-day operations regarding Express Food Pac. Mr. Hutchens has 10 years experience in the food processing industry. Prior to joining Express Food Pac, he was a production supervisor, production manager, and plant manager at John B. SanFilippo & Son in San Antonio where he was responsible for over 300 production line workers. During his tenure, the San Antonio plant was rated among the top 2% of food plants in the nation. | ||
