 Express Food Pac's repackaging plant is the finest in South Texas. State-of-the-art computerized scales and fully automated electronically controlled blending lines provide maximum recoveries and exact blending percentages to meet your packing needs. All production equipment is stainless steel, designed to USDA specifications and capable of easy disassembly, cleaning, and sanitizing. Production rooms are maintained at 37 degrees Fahrenheit. Raw materials for repackaging and finished repackaged products can be stored at minus 10 degrees Fahrenheit for frozen products, or plus 37 degrees for non-frozen products.
